KitchenMac is a 1,200 SF commercial kitchen, located in Oakland’s Upper Dimond District between Hwy 13 and I-580.
Since 2015, our kitchen has been home to several restaurants, a meal prep facility, a catering kitchen, and a food lab.

Commercial Built-Ins
Operating primarily as a commercial kitchen, our space features both Type I and Type II hoods separated into 2 distinct cooking spaces.
Large Walk-In Cooler
Our 120 sf walk-in cooler can fit a corridor of wire shelving to store an inventory of produce and other perishables.
Spacious Prep Area
Our main kitchen space features a spacious 600 sf prep area with direct access to the walk-in cooler, Type II hood, and storage area.
Private Off-Street Parking
Our parcel includes private parking for up to 5 vehicles, perfect for catering, delivery, and as a pop-up venue.
DEH-Certified
Our kitchen has worked with Alameda County’s Department of Health for nearly a decade to provide up-to-date facility records.
Separated Dry Storage
Our 250 sf dry storage space provides ample space for inventory in a separate room.
